Returns and Refunds

At Elite Bazar, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please read our policy details carefully to ensure a smooth process.


1. General Return Eligibility (Exchanges Only)

We accept exchanges only under the following strict conditions:

  1. Time Limit: The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the original delivery date.

  2. Strict Adherence: If an item is received by Elite Bazar after the 7-day window, the exchange will unfortunately not be processed, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  3. Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused condition. This means the product must not be worn, altered, or damaged.

  4. Packaging: The item must be returned with all original tags, labels, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

2. Refund Eligibility and Condition Assessment

Refunds are processed only after a thorough inspection of the returned item and are subject to the following rules:

Condition of Returned Item Refund Outcome
Opened, Used, Scratched, or Damaged NOT Refundable. Items showing any signs of use, including being opened, used, scratched, stained, or missing parts, are immediately ineligible for a refund.
New, Unused, and Original Condition 70% Refund. If the product is returned in the exact same condition as it was delivered (new, unused, and fully intact), you will receive a refund equal to 70% of the item's purchase price.

 

Important Note on Shipping: Please be aware that delivery charges (shipping costs) are non-refundable under all circumstances.


 

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Receive Authorization: Wait for a confirmation email and the return shipping address from Elite Bazar. Do not send items back without confirmation.

  • Secure Packaging: Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Elite Bazar is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • Proof of Shipping: Send us the tracking number for the return package within the 7-day period.


 

4. Processing Time

 

  1. Exchanges: Once the item is received and passes inspection, the replacement item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

  2. Refunds: If eligible for a 70% refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. The processing time may vary depending on your bank.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items Received

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or product):

  • Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs for proven damaged or incorrect items and arrange for a prompt replacement or a full refund.
